1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

2. Account Registration and Security

2.2 One Account Policy

3.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Bonus Abuse

jilislot.ph actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, jilislot.ph reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account.

5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

5.1 Game Rules

Each game available on jilislot.ph is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules. 6. Prohibited Activities

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;

7. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 8. Limitation of Liability

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.2 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements and wagering obligations.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gameplay) for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jilislot.ph reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee on dormant accounts or to close such accounts after providing reasonable notice.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and jilislot.ph. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Metro Manila, Philippines, in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

12.3 Jurisdiction

To the extent arbitration does not apply, you agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jilislot.ph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of jilislot.ph following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
